We were assigned to use the 'steaming' method in our SAIL assignment, thus we have picked out Chawanmushi, the famous Japanese based egg as our test subject :)
Steaming egg seemed pretty easy to do, even without much planning. However we learnt over time that without a plan, it was.. going to be messy. Sorry if you were expecting a punchline ^^

What you call, magnifico. The taste was a different case though.. I'm just kidding. It was nice, I suppose. Somewhat.
REFLECTION! :
Well, overall. We had a lot of fun doing this assignment. Even though there were plenty of difficulties along way, such as having trouble dealing with the food properly, it was a great learning experience for both of us.
You know what they say, there's always a first. This is our first time doing so many things on our own and we learnt from our mistakes, that's the main thing. You might say, the prawns were poorly-peeled, the egg looks disgusting. But hey, nobody's perfect and at least we enjoyed ourselves during the whole process.
I suppose we could have been better though well, better luck next time!
